Based on high interest and strong feedback of our members, AmCham Tourism Committee organized the first ever Tourism Job Fair for our members engaged in travel, hospitality and tourism business. The event was attendeed by a number of key universities including Western, Khazar, Tourism and a number of others. Most of our key member hotels - Hilton, Hyatt, Excelsior, Park Inn, Jumeihra, Fairmont, Kempinski and others were among fair participants.

With exactly a month left to the biggest event ever hosted by Azerbaijan-the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 - we decided to provide our members with the first-hand information on city's preparations to this grand event. Our Special Guest Speaker this month was a long lasting friend of AmCham, Member of the Organisation Committee of Eurovision 2012, the Director of the Administration of State Historical-Architectural Reserve "Icherisheher", Mikail Jabbarov.
