The AmCham Tax and Customs Committee members gathered together on the 9th of February, 2010. The topic of the meeting was a discussion of the new agenda/plan for 2010.
The meeting started with a 15 min presentation by Baker & McKenzie. Aykhan Asadov made a presentation on New Tax Treaties. The meeting went on by a presentation on New Tax Code by Arzu Hajiyeva, Ernst & Young. The last presentation was on Audit by SSF, where Zaur Kasumov, British-American Tobacco, spoke to members about their company experience. After all presentations it was decided to hold Q&A session where all Tax and Customs Committee members discussed all recent SSF changes.
