AmCham Azerbaijan has been actively working with the State Migration Service (SMS) to facilitate the process of obtaining temporary residence and work permits for the expatriate staff of our member companies. Over the past six months we have held a number of meetings with the Chairman of State Migration Service, General Arzu Rahimov. We have also hosted a seminar with attendance of over 90 people at which our members were able to ask questions directly to migration officials.

We have received a final confirmation from SMS that the companies listed below will be allowed to submit application forms on behalf of their clients provided that both companies are members of AmCham Azerbaijan:
