Mr. Rossiter was born in Dublin, Ireland and has more than 35 years' experience in the ICT field. Mr.Rossiter worked for Hewlett Packard 22 years including 5 years as Country Manager in Saudi Arabia and 10 years as Managing Director of Hewlett Packard, Russia At this time, In the early 90s, HP, IBM and CM Bank started the American Business Club in Moscow.
